Proverbs 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but Jehovah ponders the hearts. We are not capable of self-assessment, but God will reveal our secret faults if we wait before Him in humility. When we try to defend ourselves and rationalize away God's leading, the Holy Spirit doesn't force Himself upon us.
